ODBC Implementation for the DATETIME and DATETIME-TZ data types

DATETIME and DATETIME-TZ values are determined based on the context of a session. The DATETIME data type stores a timestamp of the date and time to millisecond accuracy for the associated with the current session. The DATETIME-TZ data type builds on this basic time component defintion, supporting the time zone declaration. Time zone details can be very important to application transactions, for example, that are very time dependent.
